How does the download email go out?

We receive the RSVP list from the meeting agency, add it to our system, and send out the download email using a pre-approved template within 24 hours of Final Confirmation.

Is the app available for both Android and iOS?

Yes, MSD One is available for download on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Can MSD One be used on a tablet?

Yes, it can. Android or iOS.

Will this drain Users’ mobile devices?

No, charging stations will be made available at the back of the room.

What happens when an attendee does not want to download on a personal device?

A URL will be provided, but push notifications and interactivity may be interrupted.

What time zone is the device set to?

The device is set to the time zone of the meeting location.

How do I contact technical support?

How do I personalize my profile?

Fill out additional information like your Company Name, Role, and LinkedIn link under 'Settings'.

How do I add a profile picture?
